Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that during periods of high order volume, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, order processing may take longer. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination:
- Italy: 2–5 business days
- European Union: 3–7 business days
- International: 5–12 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be clearly displayed before completing the purchase.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be indicated on the website.
International Shipping & Customs
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or local VAT may apply depending on the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor the shipment.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may choose between:
- paying for a new shipping attempt, or
- receiving a refund excluding shipping costs
Lost or Damaged Packages
